市场分析：番茄酱是我国的大宗出口产品，随着国际国内市场的变化，番茄粉日渐成为国际市场的 新宠，价格居高不下，而番茄酱的出口面临越来越大的压力，且价格不断降低。与番茄酱相比，番茄粉易存储、食用方便，可作为多种食品原辅料，国际、国内市场的需求都很大。
建设条件：霸州经济技术开发区地处京、津、保金三角的中心，北距北京90公里，东临天津76公里，西去保定65公里；京九铁路、津霸铁路、国道112线、106线、津保高速公路均沿区而过，交通十分便利；区内基础设施建设已达到“六通一平”，政策优惠，生产成本低廉，管理服务完善高效。
经济效益分析：项目建成后，可年创产值4000万元，年利润2170万元，投资回收期1年（含建设期）。

10、Project name: To produce 1 thousand ton tomato powder project in Bazhou Development Area
Project content: It uses the scientific achievement of China science institute to produce tomato powder which made up of tomato.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 1.2 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 1 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.2 million yuan. It plans to use USD 1 million yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.2 million yuan, the ratio is 17% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.
Market analysis: Tomato ketchup is one of the main products that exporting to other countries. Flowing the change of the world market, the tomato powder becomes the new favorite of the international market. The price of it remains expensive. Not only the pressure to export the tomato ketchup becomes higher gradually but also the price of it becomes lower constantly. The tomato powder is easy to store, eat, it is a supplementary condiment of lots of food, the volume of demand is large in internal and international market.
Economic profit analysis: When the project is finished, the annual output is RMB 40 million yuan, the annual profit is RMB 21.7 million yuan, the investment recoverable period is 1 year (include the time to build).
Investment condition: Bazhou Economic Technic Development Area lies in the central part of the golden triangle region of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding .It is 90 km south to Beijing, 76 km west to Tianjin, 65 km east to Baoding. Beijing –Konloon railway, Tianjin-Bazhou railway, the national highway No112, No106 all run along the area, the traffic is convenient.
