项目内容：本项目主要生产计算机硬盘VCM、VCD、DVD等高档产品的驱动器磁体，而且重要为磁能积为45高斯以上的高档产品。
投资估算与资金来源：本项目总投资300万美元。其中固定资产240万美元，流动资金60万美元，拟利用外资250万美元，中方以土地使用权、配套设施出资50万美元，占出资比例的17%，希望外方以现汇方式出资。
市场分析：目前国内大部分厂家只能生产磁能积为40高斯以下的低档产品，生产磁能积为45高斯以上的厂家几乎没有。而高性能NdFeB磁体的市场占有率却在70%以上，因此目前只能依靠进口。另外在国际市场上，NdFeB磁体大部分专利到2003年将到期，因此，该项目在国内和国际市场上均具有良好的前景。
建设条件：霸州经济技术开发区地处京、津、保金三角的中心，北距北京90公里，东临天津76公里，西去保定65公里；京九铁路、津霸铁路、国道112线、106线、津保高速公路均沿区而过，交通十分便利；区内基础设施建设已达到“六通一平”，政策优惠，生产成本低廉，管理服务完善高效。
经济效益分析：项目建成后，年可创产值4000万元，年利税2000万元，投资回收期2年。

11、Project name: To build High quality NdFeB magnet project in Bazhou Development Area
Project content: It is to produce the magnet for the high quality products such as hard disk, VCM, VCD, DVD and so on. The magnetism energy product is above 45 unit.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 3 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 2.4 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.6 million yuan. It plans to use USD 2.5 million yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.5 million yuan, the ratio is 17% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.
Market analysis: Now, most internal factories can only produce the low grade product with the magnetism energy product lower than 40 unit. It is hardly to find the magnetism energy product higher than 45 unit. The market occupancy ratio of the high quality NdFeB magnet is above 70%, so it can only depend on importing. Moreover, in international market, because the main patents of the NdFeB magnet will be end in 2003 and the advantage of the labor and resource inside country, it will occupy the international market quickly. So, this project has wonderful future in internal and international market.
Economic profit analysis: When the project is finished, the annual output is RMB 40 million yuan, the annual profit tax is RMB 20 million yuan, the investment recoverable period is 2 years.
Investment condition: Bazhou Economic Technic Development Area lies in the central part of the golden triangle region of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding .It is 90 km south to Beijing, 76 km west to Tianjin, 65 km east to Baoding. Beijing –Konloon railway, Tianjin-Bazhou railway, the national highway No112, No106 all run along the area, the traffic is convenient. It has perfect basic installation, the cost of the production is low. The management and the service is high efficient and perfect.
